3. SMS Communications

When you provide your phone number and enable reminders, we will send you SMS text messages. By using our reminder feature, you consent to receive these messages.

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• OpenAI: AI chat processing (chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API)
• Twilio: SMS delivery for reminders
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Google/Microsoft: Calendar integrations (only when you connect)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Voice Recordings: Deleted immediately after transcription
• Logs & Analytics: Up to 90 days

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
